ATTIMI by Heinz Beck

Cesare Pavese wrote: "We do not remember days, we remember moments"

“Attimi by Heinz Beck” is a new way of thinking about food, a collaboration between Beck & Maltese Consulting and Chef Express of Cremonini Group.

Opened inside the new Terminal 3 at Fiumicino Airport in Rome, the restaurant, designed by Iosa Ghini architect, is a area of 260 square meters with 70 seats, a open kitchen and one Cafè.
The idea of Chef Heinz Beck is innovative for the traveler, highlighting: the quality, originality, health and taste with three "menù-time" 30, 45, 60 minutes, controlled by an hourglass. Eat "fast" with a "slow" quality, this the "Attimi" philosophy. For those who want to eat great food during the flight, you can also order a "take away".
"Many people are traveling, and eating well is not easy when you are in foreign countries which do not know the eating habits" says the chef "Spices, perfumes, special preparations are elements that do not help the travelers in the metabolism, and with jet lag is more difficult the physical form. I thought to Attimi menu, its format, concentrating on food culture when we are in different countries from our, but at the same time want to feel at home and eating healthily."

Attimi born after the experiences of "La Pergola" in Rome Cavalieri, and other restaurants in the world: the "Cafe Les Paillotes" of Pescara, the "Heinz Beck Seasons at Restaurant Castello di Figline" in Tuscany, "Gusto by Heinz Beck" of Algarve in Portugal, "Social Heinz Beck", at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah, the double adventure of "Heinz Beck" and "SENSI by Heinz Beck" in Tokyo and the last, the recent opening of "Taste of Italy by Heinz Beck "in Dubai.

"Those arriving and traveling in Italy, can live unforgettable emotions, special, such only our country offers with its excellence." says Cristian Biasoni, CEO of Chef Express
"And "Attimi" is proof that travelers can have, a unique eating experience, as only the chef Heinz Beck proposes internationally."
