Heinz Beck arrives in Montecarlo
For the first time in history two starred Chefs decide to share the same restaurant. Joel Robuchon, Cuisinier du siècle e Meilleur restaurant au monde, thought of Heinz Beck for his ODYSSEY.
Beck & Maltese consulting has accepted this new opportunity with the professionalism that distinguishes them. Opened in the luxurious Hotel Metropole Montecarlo, the restaurant designed by Karl Lagerfeld, a true paradise for the hotel's residents and for Odyssey members, features a brand new swimming pool with a splendid installation in a fresco style consisting of 15 glass panels depicting Ulysses' journey. Heinz Beck's project is to give guests an elegant and relaxed dinner, offering a brand new menu with healthy and balanced food. On the gala evening with 200 guests, beautifully organized by the Directeur Général Serge Ethuin, 30 kinds of finger food, light foods, with fish and many vegetarian opportunities were created. A great job that Beck personally followed in every detail. After the experiences of "La Pergola" of Rome Cavalieri, and its restaurants in Italy and in the world (Portugal, Dubai, Tokyo), the new conquest is Montecarlo.
